February 26, 20178 yr Yay, Kate is gonna come out with a fitness program! I'm definitely interested! We've been able to see Kate's progress and what she actually does to get the body that she has. I don't really like celebrities doing workout videos that don't show what they do in real life. Brooklyn Decker’s series with Elle interested me but it seemed that Elle made those workouts for her instead of Brooklyn showing what she did to get the SI cover model body, which I think would have been way more informative and inspiring. I always wondered why Marisa Miller never went in that direction. I guess the problem is that if you do "boring" workouts like spinning or work out with a trainer like boxing, it's hard to make a video to show people at home what to do. Marisa was of course a surfer and did paddle boarding so she would sell boards since there isn’t really another way to sell an outdoors activity. But I still think she could have made a video showing how she works out when she is traveling, detailed what she eats etc. I think that Kate will have a lot of believability because she has been both criticised and praised for her body and there have been times when she has been fit and less fit. She is not just crash dieting before a shoot, we see her consistently working out and slimming down over a period of time. Also, she's not in crazy fit shape so I think she will be more relatable to people who don’t want or can’t live at the gym.
