So.. I started to translate the Instyle interview. I will translate if pic after pic that everybody cna understand it. Here is the first one!

 

1st pic: Barbara, th girl from Budapest is Karl Lagerfeld’s muse and right now she already have more followers on Instagram, than Madonna. She is only from „1 minute” that all of the world know her name and accept her as a cinema star as well.

2nd pic: „Behind-the-scenes”

She is professional and bestiale – everyone had this thought about our birthday personality during the 16-hour long Instyle shooting. Her beauty amazed us in real as well, so we really understand why the whole world loves her.

 

Mediterranean Marilyn

„Amazing, Amazing” – the whole stuff said this without a break,when Barbi get her skirt up and imitate Marilyn Monroe.

 

Our editor-in-chief (Szucs Peter) and our covergirl loves each other.

 

Barbi, the Icon Model Management’s model was posing in a Paris-style. The whole stuff was looking at her, as she would be the world’s 8th miracle

Barbi is the ambassador of L’Oreal Paris so we used only L’Oreal products in her make up

3rd pic: „5 years, 5 city of Fashion” Which one is pass to the most for Barbara?  (Nothing important,they are talking about the clothes.)

4th pic: The photographer/Barbi’s model agent, tha hair dresser, the make up artist and another photographer talking about their job. Nothing about Barbara here.

5th pic: ”My friends are very important for me. I am missing them everywhere in the world. There’s no shining what can make me forget about honest and true personal relationships. "

7th pic: "Barbara grown up and it looks good on her"

Muse of designers, the star of the most famous runway shows, the first and the only hungarian L'Oreal ambassador. Palvin Barbara debut with her first movie in this summer:  in the hollywood mega-production, called Hercules she will play Mukene's queen (Antimakhe) with Joseph Fiennes and John Hurt. At the fron of our eyes Barbi is going to be a woman from a girl, from model to be an actress and while it happens, the world's crazy about the 21 year old girl from Budapest.

And here is the whole interview. Where is the secret? In tha past 2 year we were talking with her in Los Angeles, at the Golden Globe party and in Budapest and the Instyle’s party. Barbi is the muse of  Karl lagerfeld and she already have more followers than Madonna on Instagram. she is only from 1 minute that all of the world know her name- not only as a model,but an actress too.

 

„I have to keep my foots on the ground even if i working with the best ones. It is basic for me and i will be like this because I get this from my family, from my home.” – tell us Barbara in LA at the bar bar of Instyle beauty lounge a day before of the Golden Globe, where we spent our afternoon and drinking champagne together. The L’Oreal Paris invited Aniko Navai, the member of HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Accociation) to the Golden Globe gala, who arrived to see Barbara’s first red carpet appearance as well. We spent 3 days with superstars, hollywood producers and reporters at the west coast. Probably i was the enviest man in the world during this 3 days, because from the first minute it was obvious: everyone wants to be with Barbara.

So, this is how we were invited at the first day to the Golden Globe , where an ordinary, normal person cant book any room to the Beverly Hilton Hotel during the event (not even 3 months before it). But for Barbara it’s not impossible, because the CEO of the Hotel suggested to her a panoramic room with a wonderful view. Everybody amazed by Barbara.

 

From the Andrassy street to LA

 

Next day, we spent out time at Leonardo Dicaprio’s villa at his pre-Golden Globe party. We met with the actor - who really loves supermodels - at one of his favourite club (thanks for an HFPA member), but to the „after” we were invited by Leo’s old friend, who lives at the actor’s guesthouse for a while in Lo Angeles. Barbara always makes us suprised by her unexpected personality. At the villa’s garden for example she started to singing an old,hungarian folk song. The big applause didnt missing.

On the next day we spent out time at the Chanel’s showroom. Barbara’s model agent from New York arrived here to choose the model’s first red carpet dress, but Barbi talk about the dress with her mother and with his hungarian mother-agent (Vince Barati) as well.

 

„I cant wear any clothes in Los Angeles! But I think that I’m lucky,because I feeling myself good without any sparkling outfit.”- tell us Barbara,who wears his father’s denim jacket. Barbara was 13 year old,when she an her mother met with her hungarian model-agent (Vince Barati) on the street. „We were walking on the Andrassy-street from a demonstration, when he said i should make a test shooting with him.” – says Barbara. She have amazing personality, because she is very open and have a lots of energy to work- maybe this is her secret.

The biggest hollywood directors give their number or asked to Barbara’s at the Golden Globe parties. There, in Los Angeles probably something else will starting soon, an other way to the hollywood movie career. „In LA everyone said me that i should attend to an actor school and learn about the things,but me and my closest relatives believe in our instict. In the Herules movie everyone waiting for a big thing from me,but it is just a very little role in the movie… but I think i cant start with a main role! The movie career thing is very new way for me and I need more experience.”

 

Barbara cant talk about her second movie, but she said that the movie has a big and famous director and a very amazing story. Somehow i feel that she will be the next Bond-girl.  If it happens,we will be very happy and here, at the Instyle we can say that we already know it, even is Barbara said nothing.

 

Family business?

 

Barbara was travelling everywhere with her mother til her 18th birthday: they travelled firstly to Paris, then after Barbi’s 16th birthday they went together to the cities of fashion as Milan,London or New York. Her mother followed her everywhere,because she wanted to be sure that Barbara is in safe and in good handa. Maybe that’s why Barbara is very simple and keep her foots on the ground: because she is one of her family’s member,

If she is the next Bond girl I hope its more in a role like Eva Green and not like Berenice Marlohe who only had a few scenes. Anything would be better than the two seconds of screen time Alessandra got in Casino Royale.

Her mother was working at MAV’s retired pay office (*MAV is Hungary’s train system) , her father have a shoe warehouse, for example at the WestEnd City Center (Budapest’s main plaza) they have an own store, called Palvini.  Her sister, called Anita is a very good friend of Barbara as well.

 

Barbara gives the phone to me in Los Angeles while she was talking with her mother, that i can make her calm: Barbara is in safe, that i take care of her and she is not alone. „When i started modeling,my mom planned the ways/the trips to the castings on the map. Now the cliens coming here to me by car.” – she is laughing.

 

Of course, many things happened what make her modeling career so high. After the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2012 the US magazines started to talking about her and Justin Bieber. She appeared on the gossip magazines cover that she was the main reason why the singer and Selena Gomez broke. Nobody knows what really happened, but at the Instyle’s party everyone saw that Barbara and Selena was talking so,probably their things are fine now.

At the last time the hungarian and the worldwide gossip magazines started to put her on the cover again: they said that she is dating with the most-wanted boygroup’s, the One Direction’s frontman. „If i make pic with someone and i share it on Instagram it is not means that i am dating with them!”- she is laughing. By the way she is taking care of her private live, and since the Bieber’s gossipg she thinking twice that what type of photo she share again on Instagram with famous people.

At the Instyle’s cover shooting two teen were amazed by Barbara as well. One of them is our hair-dresser Gepard’s son, the other is the hungarian Playboy’s editor-in chief’s daughter – both of them was talking and made common photo with Barbara. The whole world can see that Barbi is posing with love with her fans, and she is really happy if someone ask her to make common photo with her. This is one of the reason why she is a real icon and why milions of girls wantt to look like Barbara. She make a selfie with her curly hair at the make-up room before she is going back to the Instyle cover shooting to Vince and send it to her mom. Her mother write back: „Who is this adult woman?” – she is laughing. Barbara is grown up and it looks good on her.

I am going to pray the fashion gods that L'Oreal makes her keep the red hair because she looks stunning. Probably my favorite look ever of Barbara. She looked amazing in Cannes except for dat awful runway walk, other than that she was just perfect.

 

And I also pray she never goes back to blonde because it just not a good look on her
