If it's the pic I'm thinking of, she was the event planner for the dinner and was tweeting about it on her company's Twitter account. I forget the name of the company, but I remember her tweeting about it.... she got to sit next to him at the dinner because there was a space open at his table. Lucky lady!

I noticed the site where the photo was posted almost all of the tweets were connected to singer Bruno Mars So I did some reading at various Mars' sites, and learned that Bernie is Bruno's mom.
