Oxford

Like I said before... I was surprised that Jamie could say something like that.

My first impression was that it could be copy and paste of the article from NE last year that talked about an alleged confrontation between Tarantino and Leo ... and I know the press was upset because Leo not participate in the conference. So I don't know.

To me the whole interview was just to weird... but tbh I really don't imagine Leo fists fighting with anyone LOL :hehe: :nicole:

Calibi

Tks for tweet ; I'm afraid if I were her , I would have been pouring the vodka all over the counter :p

Barbie

Love the gif; great scene; great acting :)

Some great pix, tks

Yes, agree about copy and past of old article :)

But nooooo. I've always, always wanted Leo to do inside the actor's studio. :(

Thanks all for the tweets, pics and whatnot! Love the gifs

More about leo taking a break:

BERLIN: "Django Unchained" and "Titanic" star Leonardo DiCaprio said on Friday he was planning to take a significant break from filming and concentrate on his environmental campaigning.

In an interview with Germany's mass circulation daily Bild, the 38-year-old American actor said: "I am a bit drained. I'm now going to take a long, long break. I've done three films in two years and I'm just worn out."

"I would like to improve the world a bit. I will fly around the world doing good for the environment," added DiCaprio, in comments published in German.

DiCaprio is currently starring in Quentin Tarantino's blood-soaked spaghetti Western tribute "Django Unchained," which picked up two Golden Globes on Sunday.

He has also recently filmed "The Great Gatsby", directed by Baz Luhrmann and Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf of Wall Street."

He burnished his green credentials in the Bild interview, saying: "My roof is covered with solar panels. My car is electric. A normal person does not drive more than 50 kilometres (31 miles) a day. That can be done with a plug."

So happy he can finally have some time off and spend time with friends

Leonardo DiCaprio Admits He Acts Like A 'Complete Idiot' During Time Off

Leonardo DiCaprio may have a hectic schedule, but the Hollywood star has said that when he does get time to relax, he acts like a 'complete idiot' and discusses absolutely 'nothing of importance.'

The 'Django Unchained' star may take his movies 'very seriously', but he's said that when he does get some rare time off he loves nothing more than to act like a 'fool.'

He said: ''I take what I do very seriously when I'm on the set that's all I focus on. So my vice is to hang out with my friends, talk about absolutely nothing of importance and act like a complete idiot.

''It's like therapy to just be a complete idiot with my friends," he told the Daily Mail.

However, Leo says that he hasn't spent time with his friends for a 'year and a half' because of his hectic schedule, which has seen the star shoot 'Django Unchained', 'The Great Gatsby' and 'The Wolf of Wall Street'. This means that the actor is supe-excited about finally spending time with his pals once he's finished promotional work.

He explained: ''I love to have friends over, but I haven't really been home for a year and a half so I don't even remember the last time I did that."

''I've just done three movies back-to-back, so I'm looking forward to getting back to my house.''

When the 38-year-old star isn't at home he loves to escape from his busy showbiz lifestyle by diving underwater and 'disconnecting from earth'.

He added: ''I love diving - it's one of my favourite things. I've been to a lot of different places around the world and sought out coral reefs and different species to see underwater."

''It's a whole new experience when you're down there. You really disconnect from earth and you're almost in a dream world.''

oh sorry, didn't knew that about the pics.

Its okay...just got to make sure you upload them to an image hosting site like postimage or tinypic or something like that :) Or upload to the BZ server attachement :)

haha, loved this line: talk about absolutely nothing of importance and act like a complete idiot. I'am glad he will finally enjoy time for himself. go Leo!

thanks for the articles, kat.

Leo, Tobey, and Lukas at Lakers/Miami game last night; not sure why Just Jared left Tobey/Lukas out of the pix

I had watched the game as I figured it would be a good game ( which it was ) , and that Leo might show up since they were playing LeBron.

They did show Mark Wahlberg who was sitting courtside right by Lakers' bench, but they never showed Leo on camera

However , is nice of Leo to give us our requested candid of him this week in L.A. :p

From an article where they asked various stars why they enjoy the GG

Also , I'm hoping someone can access some untagged versions of the pix below , as

they remind me of what Leo talks about in the article.

In the pix below Leo seems to have Jamie really cracking up

Leonardo DiCaprio

For me, the great thing about the Golden Globes is to not sit facing forward and having to be in an automated environment, but to be sociable, to see your friends again, laugh, have a few drinks, go up and down, shareicon1.png a hug, and share a smile with somebody without having to run back to your seat and feel like you’re going to mess up the whole program.

The Golden Globes is a much more relaxed environment. I feel like everyone is there to have a better time in celebration of the arts that they have worked so hard to achieve. It’s a shared experience. It’s much more communal. (Leonardo DiCaprio won the Golden Globe Best Actor-Drama for “The Aviator” in 2005.)
