Supposedly Milan has already bought Torres but they arn't saying anything till after the WC

The last games in this group could get ugly. All teams basically need a win.

I know, Italy has control of there own fate, they better not screw it up like usual <_<

Only the US isn't sure even if they win. If they win, and Italy and the Czechs draw, then they are still out.

And based on last night's games, Ghana will be no push-over for the US.

Calciopoli, a rischio scudetto 2006 :lost: :lost:

What has happened to the game is a total disgrace :anger:

And if it means that there will be no Scudetto, so be it, as long as they fix all the scandel from italian soccer

The South Korean team didn't impress me all that much but I'm glad they at least got that one goal. I only caught the second half though. :/

Croatia-Japan 0:0 :p

Post your WC squad with the players who have performed the best up untill now.

Here's mine:

----------------------------------Petr Cech (Czech Republic)--------------------------------------

---Neill (Australia)-------Juan (Brazil)---------Puyol (Spain)-------------Heinze (Argentina)---

-------------------------------------------Essien (Ghana)--------------------------------------------

---------------Ya Ya Tour

My team of WC06 so far:

-------------------------------------Hislop (T&T)------------------------------------------

Lahm (Germany)-----Cannavaro (Italy)---- Puyol (Spain)------ Heinze (Argentina)--

---------Perrotta (Italy)---------- Essien(Ghana)-------Robben (Holland)----------------

--------------------------------Riquelme (Argentina)----------------------------------------

-------------Drogba (Ivory Coast)---------------- Torres (Spain)------------------------

Hislop would start with Cech a close second, Hislop's heroics over Sweden put him just ahead.

Lahm has been solid for Germany, and had on of the most spectacular goals of the tournament.

Cannavaro is solid like usual, and it doesn't look like anyone can get past him.

Puyol is defending well, and the run in the Ukraine game was unreal were he set up Torres.

Heinze is a wall, and you can just tell how badly he wants to win.

Perrotta is a pleasent surprise, he's been defending well as well as making some cleaver runs.

Essien leads Ghana by example, and was great in the Czech game.

Robben was out of this world in the first game, and looked untouchable.

Riquelme leads Argentina's mid, he calms down the game and distibutes the ball well. Messi would probaly be there if he played a little more

Drogba I have a new respect for he was the star of Ivory Coast who were playing some real attractive football.

Torres had a great game today, and he looks like the one will carry Spain's offence.

Brazil didn't look all that great against Australia...

Ronaldinho has not looked very good since the CL final :o

Brazil looks very beatable at the moment :)

^

the thing with brazil is like..the only thing that comes to mind is crescendo..they build up their game..most teams can't control how they perform but with brazil i think they can..first it was 1-0, now 2-0..though you would expect a world-class team to perform..they are still a good team..its entertaining to watch them too

what was teh score for spain vs tunisia?

sweden vs. england tomorrow!!! :D :fun: :woot:  :hell yea!: :ddr: :hell yea!:

thats what i say too....Brasil looks beatable but they fooling us all :p

what was teh score for spain vs tunisia?

3-1 for Spain, Torres scored 2 and Raul had 1, I don't know who scored for Tunisa
