Back to civilization! I hope I didn't miss anything for the past month (like a new pandemic coming, new bugs on Cyberpunk or the world burning )

Wow, that's more than I thought. I still enjoy the game a lot. It's still a high quality game IMHO (even if the promises they made were too beautiful). I've just played it again for a couple of hours. I had few bugs but nothing serious (I had one NPC weirdly floating on a chair and a popup message that wouldn't close). Maybe they should've waited another month or two (but then some gamers would've been crazy - the same gamers that now are angry the product is not finished). I won't play the game a lot during holidays. Hopefully, when I get back, there will be huge patches.
Despite all the negative and terrible things that happened because of Covid (and they are really horrible), there's still some good that will come out of this: medical research has progressed very fast, we have knowledge on how to (and how not to) manage a pandemic, countries will make strategic stockpiles of masks, etc.
I dunno what's going to happen with the vaccine, but it's amazing to see that they could make it in a year. Science is not perfect, but it's still awesome and it gets better every year! We should cherish scientists.

Probably. I think he was tired and felt too old (which he was not!). Still, we can't compare him (the guy who invented SW in the 1st place and who has talent/creativity) with Mrs Kennedy & her goons (who have no imagination and talent whatsoever - they're copycats at best). BTW, George recently said that he regretted selling his baby to Disney (he referred to them with a word that wasn't very nice....). He's also very disappointed that Kennedy stabbed him in the back.
Look what it brought them. The punishment is already big. Also, they refund gamers. Name me one gaming company who does that. Did Naughty Dog refund gamers after their lies? (about Joel and killing dogs - which was important for some gamers). Did EA or Bethesda refund us? No.
That was a communication mistake. That's a lot less shady than what thieves like EA or Bethesda do. Remember Naughty Dog and their disgusting game (Last of us 2)? They also forbid communication around the game and they sued defenseless youtubers for thin reasons. Very shady and not customer oriented. CD projekt didn't lie. They didn't add lootboxes. They didn't screw up the game and the spirit. They made a mistake they'll never do again, but they're still a 100 times better than any other game company.
