That's tough........... it would have to be a group that consists of civil rights lawyers, tech, politicians, ISPs, and Supreme Court. Big Tech and Government would have to work together to enforce it with checks and balances to oversee them too.

The younger generations just don't watch the news no matter where they fall on the political spectrum. Which in turn caused the collapse of traditional media who are writing and doing clickbait rage shit in turn which caused the country to devolve into chaos. YouTube is propping up corporate media like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, etc cause they like that sweet cash which is making YouTube turn to shit too.

We seriously need a Digital Bill of Rights especially with the government expanding their own powers.

Apparently the Senate voted to allow the FBI to access people's browsing history without a warrant.
