I would like the list to reflect what is going on currently. Like Michael said: If you look at past winners, some names indicate that the results were “time dependent” like Kate Upton coming in at number two for 2011. And Gal Gadot placing second this year will really ground the results in a specific time period. Candice was not “inactive” in 2017, at least not to me.

I had to vote for Candice because of 1) her Met Gala look and 2) Victoria’s Secret’s cowboy themed holiday shoot. Her body was just too much for me in those chaps!
