Doctor Strange (2016)
Thanks @Jade Bahr! Cucumberpatch looks awesome, although in fairness, it's pretty difficult to get the classic Strange look wrong. In the long term, I’ll be really interested to see what the sets are going to look like, because the original issues were like a surreal movie with an unlimited budget, and pretty much a how-to guide in world and character building. I really hope to see Marvel use the scope and imagination of that early stuff as the stylistic spark for the film.

@tzdon @Sanni Not sure if it's the same across every browser (I'm using Firefox), but if I position my cursor above any specific post, the 'report post' text automatically changes from light grey to dark blue.

I hereby declare that the voting is now closed. Once again, to all who took part, thanks ever so much. I'll be back to post the results in the next few days. There's a small number of ties to break and a slightly larger number of pics to prepare first.

A huge thank you again to everyone voting. There's a day and a bit left for anyone who still wants to submit a list.

Football
At last, the resistable force meets the moveable object. Pros: it might be helpful for the BBC's scheduling people, who won't have to put any thought into what goes last on Match of the Day's running order this Saturday. Cons: any game involving Sunderland at the moment is one that I dread. Big Sam has essentially staked his reputation on keeping us in the Premier League, but I wouldn't trust this lot to beat anybody as far as I could throw Jeremain Lens.

Steve Jobs (2015)
That's pretty close to the truth, actually. The story is told through three Apple product launches (they throw in the occasional flashback too), and basically amounts to the same mini-movie repeated three times with variations, which structurally is quite unusual. It's an Aaron Sorkin film above all else though, so your enjoyment of it will most likely hinge on whether or not you like what he brings to the table. If you're not a Sorkin fan, this probably won't win you over.

So, ahead of the show's impending return, a new feature-length 'behind-the-scenes' clip has been unveiled.

Bellazon's Top 100 Sexiest Women of 2015
Still accepting votes until the closing date, but I've decided to go ahead and start tallying the scores we have so far. I’m aware that this is happening a little sooner than originally stated, so if I've marked your post as counted (which I'll be doing as I go along) and you're struck by a desperate urge to edit before the final deadline, please drop me a line in the usual way and bring me up to speed with what you’ve changed. I'll be more than happy to adjust the scores accordingly.

Steve Jobs (2015)
Judge with a slight grain of salt, I'd say. From what I've heard, it draws from a very densely researched book on Jobs, but some of his associates have since said that it's not a fair representation of him. I suppose like the Mark Zuckerberg in 'The Social Network', it's a version that's mainly a creation of the writer. As for the movie itself, I personally really enjoyed it, although I think it's the sort of thing that will probably only appeal to a niche audience given the wordy script and unconventional structure. The main stars all deliver in spades. Kate Winslet's Polish accent is a bit wobbly, but I found that forgiveable in the context of a generally high performance.

I came here expecting to see Judi Dench's character from the James Bond movies. Imagine my surprise (and delight)! Anyway, not sure if the problem was caused by the forum upgrade or something else entirely, but it's now fixed. For future reference, topic titles in need of correction can be reported here.

Perhaps needless to say, I was hoping that Jose wouldn't get the boot until after we played Chelsea, but when you make a start as woeful as that, you can't realistically expect to get a result against anyone. With Norwich and Bournemouth both winning, it was an easy decision to skip Match of the Day for about the 15th time this season. Nice to see the Chelsea fans wheeling out their famously excellent sign making skills once again, though.

Star Trek Beyond (2016)
There was a story doing the rounds in the summer that Alice Eve was undecided about coming back for another Trek movie, so I guess it must have stayed that way. Bearing in mind that her character officially joined the crew towards the end of Into Darkness, it would be a little strange for them to just cut her loose, although I can't really see her being much of a miss to the story. By no means did she do anything wrong, but it was essentially just a decorative role.
