I know what you mean, I was in London recently and money doesn't stretch very far down there either. It's a shame to deny yourself something you want because of the cost though, especially if it's a one-off purchase! :)

For some strange reason, I was fairly convinced that you were actually from California until recently, but I'm now totally clueless as to where I got that idea. :D

It doesn't feel as if pthe general public are too fussed here in the north, but I was in London earlier this week and the amount of tat on sale with William and Kate's faces on it was quite incredible. You can even get the official royal wedding comic book! :D

The royal wedding is of interest in Poland? Over here the media are so obsessed with the rate at which Kate is losing weight, that they've not noticed the rate at which William is losing his hair :D

It was good while it lasted but it looks like normal service has been restored today - cloud, wind and some rain. Never mind! :)

Oh cool, the land of Scott Pilgrim :D Yep, I've lived here all my life. Parts of the town are pretty shabby, but I'm right on the coast, which is great. Overall though, you're not missing that much. Do you like Ontario? :)

I'm from Sunderland in northeast of England, where unfortunately we don't usually get a great deal of sun. You can always tell when the weather's nice by the sound of lawnmowers in the distance. :D Whereabouts are you from? :)
