Ah, that's right! I should have known that - I vaguely remember reading somewhere that Thanksgiving in Canada was on the same date as Columbus Day in the States. :D So, are you looking forward to Christmas? :)

Ah yes, it's much the same here. It didn't feel like we had a real summer this year and so far, it hasn't felt like a real winter either. Some of the trees still have leaves on them and we're nearly in December. :O We don't really have Thanksgiving in the UK, though I did have a nice 24th of November. :D Do you celebrate it in Canada?

Great thanks! Is it Christmas yet in Canada? It feels like starts earlier every year over here. For someone who doesn't even start their christmas shopping until about the 22nd of December, it's a little odd. :D

I've heard and enjoyed bits and pieces of Beach Fossils and Field Mice in the past but I must confess to not knowing too much about Shop Assistants. Worth checking out? :)

Honestly, you can't beat listening to Wildstyle while piloting a neon helicopter. There was a down-on-his-luck guy in the trailer who I thought looked very like Niko. Could just be one of Rockstar's little jokes though...

It was minimalistic and low key, which I liked, but it's also very slow for such a short film and there wasn't a great deal of storytelling. It's certainly no Lost in Translation, though I'd say it's worth a look as long as you know what you're getting yourself into. :)
