If you are the showrunner or a member of the writer's room, you do not want that idea out there. So their publicists and agents will have released dirt on Cavill to cover their clients' backsides.

That's kind of the point of the two characters. Triss is the safe choice. Yennefer is the woman you choose that you know will only ever bring you trouble (but might be worth it). So this is kind of in the writing.
