Someone like her will be paid scale, which is around 2K a day nowadays, I believe. Unless she has a very good agent who can negotiate a better deal. A 20 year old who has been with this guy for quite a while (since she was essentially still a child) is likely still quite impressionable. I'm not saying that many other girls her age wouldn't have dumped the guy by now, but I can forgive immaturity in a 20 year old.

I don't really blame Taylor because she is still a very young person. But this guy is what, 31? If he doesn't know any better by now, he never will.
