I often hear that California (Los Angeles usually) is home to the most beautiful women in the US, or even the whole world. Besides also having some film/TV stars (though not as many as in Hollywood), isn't NYC also home to some of the top models in the world? It's where to make the big money, even if it's not the #1 fashion capital of the world.

Just out of plain curiosity I started this poll to see the preferred body type for both male & females on VS. My ignorant guess is that most men and women would choose curvy but I'm interested to see peoples HONEST votes and eventual outcome after a good months worth of voting. Curvy: e.g. Monica Bellucci, Laetitia Casta, Mariah Carey Slim: e.g. Gisele, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio Slim body is basically models' choice today. Much of them are way too thin, in my opinion. I prefer women who have curves.

European women are more uniform in looks. In any European country I’ve been to, it was very rare to see a very gorgeous girl or a very ugly girl. In America that's the whole other story entirely. You can see all sorts of girls there - complete stunners and not good looking at all. Don't know the reason of this. More arrogance and entitlement in one culture and less in another? Or maybe on the contrary: less complexes and more soulful approach to life in one culture and oppressiveness towards women who are still judged primarily by their looks in another?

For some reason, I like Missy better.
