Victoria’s Secret is known to go all out. From the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, to seasonal holiday photo shoots, when VS does it, they do it big. Valentines Day is no exception. The new campaign stars angels Jasmine Tookes, Romee Strijd, Taylor Hill, Lais Ribeiro, Josephine Skriver, Stella Maxwell, Lily Aldridge, Sara Sampaio, Martha Hunt and Elsa Hosk.
Shot by Russell James, the new Valentines Day campaign showcases the angels having fun in a new york studio surrounded by neon “love” signs draped in shades of red and pink. Many have noted that this campaign seems more fun, youthful and playful as opposed to past campaigns shot by Russell James that were more sultry/sexy. This comes after a financial report released by Victoria’s Secret that stated that the company see’s potential growth in their Pink brand sensing, “a soft pivot away from strictly sexy to a mix of fashion and function,” an analyst wrote. Valentines Day lingerie and apparel have already begun rolling out into local stores.
