Today's early breakfast. A turkey omelet topped with Cholula hot sauce, avocado, and a creamy dollop of sour cream. Oh, and some greens too cuz why the heck not :D

I'd say ribeye too. Oh and we have here what we call "Asado de Tira" which is basically ribs. I have no idea how you call it over there, or if you have it the same way we do here. But it's really popular here in Chile and in Argentina.

Ah, those are short ribs.  They can be fatty- even fattier than the ribye and good for barbeque.  I like hawaiian.  I often find them a bit 'too fatty' and have too much gristle though.

 

They are often sliced thinly like this here or taken more by the chunk:
