If they are giving the real height, the stylist is not even going to bother asking her for a casting. But if they lie once the girl is at the casting they maybe going to like her and forget about her height and hire her for a show. First surname comes from mom, second from dad (and it's a family name). Opposite is in Spanish where first surname is from dad second from mom.
