Candice Swanepoel had all eyes on her at NYFW Friday night ... but they weren't paying attention to her dress. 

The Victoria's Secret model was walking in the Givenchy show when one of her shoes came apart causing Swanepoel to take a hard tumble.

Swanepoel was quick to her feet and posted about the fall after the show, saying, "Thank you to whoever picked me off the runway tonight. Left with a few scratches but mainly a bruised ego."

It's tough being pretty.
