The Victoria's Secret model was walking in the Givenchy show when one of her shoes came apart causing Swanepoel to take a hard tumble. Swanepoel was quick to her feet and posted about the fall after the show, saying, "Thank you to whoever picked me off the runway tonight. Left with a few scratches but mainly a bruised ego."
