I agree with this, I would love Jasmine or Lais to open the show. I think that from the NA they + Elsa have the best walks, but since Elsa opened already then I'd love it to be one of them, it's also LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG overdue to have a WOC open the show tbh.

That kung fu segment reminds me that Josephine is not very coordinated. Jasmine looked much more graceful doing martial arts. Maybe that correlates to not being able to walk well with wings on.

I was surprised tbh, Josephine has never been a Karolina/Gisele but she was always good or decent? Last year she was a mess in both outfits and especially her opening walk will go down IMO as one of the worst walks in the VSFS, it was just painful to watch. Can't remember the name of the segment but yeah, it was a mess. She was so much better in 2014 and 2015, i hope she doesn't start to go downhill like Adriana

The problem is that VS wants to give the Angels special things like big wings because the girls want them but then they can’t handle it like Candice and Josephine. The difference between the two though was that Candice voiced her doubts like a professional unlike Josephine who put on a front like she was totally comfortable because she didn’t want the shiny toy taken away from her (not realizing she would have probably had a much more amazing moment on the runway with something that she could work with.) Not everyone is like Heidi Klum who wanted the biggest wings and could also walk with them on without having a hunched back.

Lindsay Ellingson was a pro at handling big wings too.

 

Hopefully either VS learns to make lighter wings or they find girls more equipped to carry them.

If any of the past supers/angels came to do the show the viewership would skyrocket and so would sales(even with bad quality/designs) but these girls have no star power. No shade. I have a few I favor like Elsa (but would never understand why she photoshops her already skeleton frame) and Romee . Millions of followers means nothing but the fact millions of people follow you. I think VS would close all stores and remain an e-commerce store before they shut down the brand entirely. If the ratings this year are even worse than last year....then I think a few people getting fired.

I’m still worried about Hamish directing the show… Because I still think that he could have had a lot to do with the onslaught of Josephine in last year’s show.

 

Models walk better when theres bass/strong instrumental sounds in the music.

The chances of the show being cancelled by 2020 is very slim. It just is.

If they close more stores(around 80) in the next 2-3 years.... then I will be inclined to believe the show would end as well because the show costs not....1 or 2 million....but more than 20 million plus salaries. I mean sales continued to go down even after the show last year.

 

20 years on air is an achievement in itself. 

Unless VS has a Gucci moment and hire there own version of Tom Ford to bring the brand back to life...than IDK.

Their last show only got 4.9M views. The show requires way too much money for those type of numbers. If we see another 25% dip then that is cancellation territory for them. I doubt it would be cancelled, but there would be major budget cuts and firings. I'm kind of here for it. 

I am not being argumentative or combative. It is simply based on numbers and reports.

 

Texts are black and white so everything is seen based on someone's perception. It's not that serious to me.
