Anyone remember Julia Saner?

 

I think she would have been perfect Angel material...

She was a bit too skinny in her HF days, but with some extra pounds...

 

Too bad she stopped modelling

I remember her, she was so good ! but yeah, not in the industry anymore, i think she didn't really like it maybe cause she had some work..  na ? too bad.

I just read 80 pages I'm exhausted.

I just browse through the pages. Can't read everything.

I just noticed, Lindsay didn't have her fittings done the same day as the rest of the Angels.

 

Lindsay is on her way out much like Karolina or Marisa. I'm guessing she got her Angel credit because she has a better personal relationship with the higher-ups at VS than Erin due to her taking part in their philanthropic stuff with them.

could just be a scheduling issue..

If you really read into that note..

 

One could say Martha will be an angel.. (since some of their other regulars arent there such as Lais)

 

The top says 11.3  11.4  Maybe Lindsay was not available those dates. ALSO.. if you look at those times.. there isnt much room to squeeze in another person

Probably not too early, a lot of the girls are not even in NYC yet and will arrive there tomorrow morning, I would say around 10:00 am at the absolute earliest

AFAIK they dont get paid that much. They wanna walk for VS just for the sake of recognition and prestige.

Obviously, do correct me if I'm wrong

^ I thought that too actually. I though only the Angels got paid and the money of the show were already included in the angel-contract.

I don';t mean the show.

 

I mean that they get paid in general lots of money. Most of them.

Runway walk is possible if someone caps the shows and put them online.

^that could be tricky, cause not all girls get their fair share of airtime in the final cut. And even when they do, the editing ppl switch cameras each 2 sec

Sorry, I just double checked last year and it looked like the first taping was at 4 PM, and the second is at 8 PM. I was way off, oops. And yes, GMT! 

I was thinking about making a quick conversion chart of the time zones, if people will find that useful. 

woww that's a really long day. So they have get up at 6 and work whole day long, do 2 shows and then the after party. So they're on their feet from 6 to 12 at night.

Speaking of taping, is there a way to obtain different recording of the shows as compared to ones we see on the television? What this means is that do we get to see footage from VS' own camera crew team? Because I notice the TV version of the show is usually edited, cut and replaced with other scenes. Is there a way for us grab hold of a recording that focuses completely on the show itself? Front stage, back stage, in between shoots et cetera?

 

yes and the TV version is the worst bc the editiing has been done so badly, especially in terms of mistakes where models are on the runway etc.

 

I would definately like to see the 'real' stuff as you described.
