Danielle Evans (born c. 1985) is the winner of Cycle 6 of America's Next Top Model. Evans, who worked as a babysitter before appearing on ANTM, hails from Little Rock, Arkansas. On ANTM, the judges have praised Evans' photographs, for her ability to hold her poses strongly. In the fourth episode, Evans sprained her pinky toe during a walking challenge featuring platform heels. In the seventh episode of the series, Evans was offered the chance to have the gap in her front teeth closed but she refused stating that her "gap was part of who [she was]." However, she relented and in the next episode the gap was made smaller but not fully closed. Evans also was rushed to the hospital due to dehydration, exhaustion, and food poisoning. The judges also mentioned in several episodes that her strong Southern accent was inappropriate for a CoverGirl. Evans's portfolio, runway walk, all-natural figure, and personality were praised by the judges throughout. Thus, she was named as the winner of America's Next Top Model, Cycle 6.

Has any of the ANTM winners ever meant anything in the modeling biz? Don't they all just wither away into obscurity?

seems that they're all more or less working... The thing is, when we thing models we think major top models landing major campaigns and walking down major runways but there are a lot of unknown models who work for smaller designers, smaller campaigns, catalogs etc who are not known but succeed in making a living out of it... but they're just models, not TOP models

Taben's right. Eva is working alot and was on alot of covers. Yaya was in a movie with Antonio Banderas, Adrienne in Playboy.....

i was sorta glad that she won, though i wanted joanie to win...but both are great ^^

I ADORE Danielle. I loved her from the start, and I always hoped she would win and I'm glad she did! Tyra didnt seem too thrillied but IMO the best girl won. I hope we see a lot more of her!

well basically tyra's show is just getting girls to become models & it's their choice to either use their "pu blicity" or whatever & become real top models. just because they won doesn't mean that agencies are going to call them up or whatever, they might, but it's not likely. & so it's the models' choice to either become & try to become real top models, or just sit back & relax

Absolutely!! After the show even if u didnt win and got cut like as soon as u get home ur phone is ringin of the hook!! Thats what anne said that like next day after she got eliminated like 10 agencies called for audition!! Once ur in the show ur a star everybody wants you!!

So ya just being in the show offers u a great career in acting and modelling!

I mean YAYA in Take the Lead thats huge and her part was pretty good!
