mylovelyangel Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 specially since the other guy dropped it in his hands, with what he did with it, I am proud of him Quote
SympathysSilhouette Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 He did allright. I don't think Singer would have done a much better job. Quote
Jimmy Changa Posted May 28, 2006 Author Posted May 28, 2006 I sure hope they put out an extended DVD version. Quote
SympathysSilhouette Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 I very much liked the dramatic end between Wolverine and Jean/Phoenix, but I think it would have worked better had they given Jean more screentime. Quote
Jimmy Changa Posted May 28, 2006 Author Posted May 28, 2006 "Nice" how they can wrap a year's worth of comic book interpersonal story into one film with some super-dramatic world cataclysmic premise. It's fun watching the films, sure, but you just don't get the depth of characters like in the comics. I just felt the whole Pheonix thing was too rushed. Quote
mylovelyangel Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 everything was rushed, if only people would sit through a 4 hour movie more often, I would then we can get full movies though it would cost alot Quote
angelo Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 i love this movie sooo much. i just felt as if they rushed through it. Quote
SympathysSilhouette Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 I think just 20 extra minutes could have helped it quite a bit. Quote
mylovelyangel Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 don't blame Brett for that one, Alan Cumming (guy who played nightcrawler) choose not to come back, so blame him Quote
Jimmy Changa Posted May 29, 2006 Author Posted May 29, 2006 Nightcrawler I thought about that too. What a drag. Quote
SympathysSilhouette Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 I heard several rumors about Cumming. I'm not sure it's really all about him not wanting to come back. Quote
Rogue Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 don't blame Brett for that one, Alan Cumming (guy who played nightcrawler) choose not to come back, so blame him !! It's going down hill from now, guys. Quote
Neo52285 Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 he said he didnt want to come back way before brett was put to work on the movie Quote
mylovelyangel Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 hence why we should all blame him for not returning Quote
mylovelyangel Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 I was bored and thinking, in the trailer Wolverine said sometihng like, " There is a war out there, you might not come home, she might not come home" was that part even in the movies cause I don't remember seeing it? I hate when they have something on the trailer and is not present in final cut. Quote
SympathysSilhouette Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 That's not uncommon. I remember several movies (hollow man among others) where several scenes in the trailer didn't end up in the movie. Quote
mylovelyangel Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 Confirmed X-Men 4, but with a twisthttp://www.themovieblog.com/archives/2006/...rms_xmen_4.html Quote
