At some point she is going to elarn that if she does not become a real actress, i.e. learn toa ct, that she will be a has been very soon. Pam Anderson once thought she was indispensable as well. Now look at her.

Meg has no emotion in her acting and delivers her lines as if she is reading them from a cue card. If all she wants to be known for is her looks than perhaps she should just become a model.

I don't understand why when Megan is in a new movie or on the cover of a magazine, so many people are coming here to say she sucks, she is a bad actress, she has no brain and should think before talking, commenting her interviews and making not even funny sarcasms about it & etc ?

She is very good looking? ok! And she might not be the best actress in the world? ok! But she is not the only one! Just on page #1 of the actresses topic, there are just like 5 girls that are "actresses" just because of the way they look! But strangely, Megan is the only one to have so many negatives replies of members that do not like her...

And yes of course in the name of freedom of thought you can say your opinion... But if u don't like her maybe you should not read her interviews? Or not watching her movies? Or change channels when she is on your tv screen to watch national geographic or even better go spread your love for actresses and models you like on their threads? This world needs more love and less hate... My mommy always said that to me & I do believe in what my mommy says!

but just like your allowed to leave your OPINION, which you just DID, so is everyone else, and thats the cool thing about an open forum, each brings his or her thoghts to the table, to simple say, turn the channel, or not read interviews and the like is silly. I agree when things get heated and people toss back & forth hateful words, that, that isnt necessary, BUT Lu simply stated his opinion, he WASNTING hating on her simply stating his view.

Well thank you for the silly part (I am trying my best I tell ya! ) but when there is an interview of someone I don't like on tv, i change the channel and you will never see me on a thread of an actress I don't like to say "I don't like her, she sucks big time!"

Anyway! It's always the same story when there is something new with Megan, you have the ones that like her and the ones that don't. We fight. There is blood and tears. But at the end, Megan is the winner cause everybody is talking about her!

And as for Megan's acting- i think she sucked in Transformers, cause she was purely there to be a lust object, but in Jennifer's body i think she was pretty good actually.

I have to agree here. She made a big improvement in her acting for Jennifer's Body. I didn't like Transformers anyways so I'm not sad she wont be in it anymore

I can understand Frenchkiki's point. Let's face it...good looks has a lot to do with stardom. She's no Meryl Streep as far as acting goes, but she looks as good as hell, so we'll put her in there. You can't deny that happens. That's what the "casting couch" was always all about...right or wrong. That's the way Hollyweird works.

Let's not go overboard here. Megan obviously knows how to grab headlines with her comments (although, so does Heidi Montag) but when the result of the things she says and the media saturation that comes afterwards is a very polarized public opinion of her, a box office flop for her first staring role, and getting ousted from the billion-dollar franchise that made her famous, it's a little hard to label her self-marketing as "genius." I'd say it's more along the lines of effective but haphazard.

What's going on in this thread? A discussion? No way!! Anyway, what can I say. At least she seems sincere and this sincerity is what ticks people off. Not that I agree with her and I personally find her a bit close minded, but even so it's refreshing to read those kind of comments in an industry filled with hypocrites.
