Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas has posted a bizarre picture on Twitter that he claims is going to be the front cover of the band's new album.The colourful image features a basketball player, a clown, a rainbow and a unicorn standing on a cliff-edge. It's not 100 per cent clear if it's a joke or not.
