And yes, this how things works in the business when you sign a contract with a photographer. If he is using her pictures this way it's certainly because she signed a contract that says he can use the pictures for publicity, books, calendars, etc. during the next 5/10/etc years and her image do not belong to her anymore/ & If she did not sign this kind of contract, she can sue the photographer. But as the only thing she does is to complain on twitter, I am pretty sure she signed the contract without reading it. The same thing happened to Marilyn Monroe/Madonna/ before they were famous. Now the courtesy would want him to ask her her permission first -especially because she is naked- but I guess the guy doesn't give a damn about what she wants

 

She claimed the didn't sign a release in regard to the Jonathan Leder pictures.  If that's true, then the law is on her side, and she can sue him for continuing to use them.  However, none of us know any real details or the truth of the situation.  If it goes to court, then we may find out.

 

I haven't seen or heard her complain about the pictures from the beach in Mexico, so I'm not sure how that has anything to do with anything.  She also seems pretty aware than she's exposing herself on a semi-public beach.  Which actually does fit in with her "philosophy" of it being her choice when to show her body.

 She said she didn't sign anything and she was never paid so the law is definitely on her side. As for paparazzi pics,  she never looks like she just rolled out of bed in a ratty T-shirt like Emma Roberts in her pap pictures, she's always dressed to the nines. I thought it was a little suspect paps would be out in Tulum but to be fair she's not acting violated about those she didn't even care when her phone got hacked, Leder is s creep and  profiting off of her. I call Emily out all the time but let's not act like she doesn't have a legit reason to be irked over these polaroids

Of course I AM SPECULATING about the contract did I say "I know this is what happened?"  No.

I am also speculating saying : she is more pissed by not touching any money from that book then having her "woman's right to show her nude body whenever she wants" violated.

Oh and I so do not care what she should do about the pictures issues. She can keep ranting on Twitter as much as she wants.

 

I thought she was the smartest/intelligent model out there but I guess that was another speculation from me?

I heavily doubt paparazzi follow EmRata. Usually in situations like this star's PR tips off paps where their client will be and paps do their thing. And now Emily gets to act violated which brings even more publicity to her and tabloids who are going to publish those photos.

Yeah "follow" for me means "someone told them she was at the beach" I just don't understand how she can be pissed by a book of amazing photos of her? She looks marvelous and sexy and the photographer really did a good job capturing her sensuality. Yes he is making money off of her but model agencies/agents/ are making a lot of money off models. Not fair but c'est la vie!

Why she is pissed? Maybe because it seems she didn't sign a contract? How would you feel if pictures of yourself were being used without your approval? I highly doubt btw that she was doing "a show" for the paparazzi. Yeah maybe she saw them there and gave them a smile, however, that surely does not mean that you're giving a show to someone/people. If it's allowed to be nude/semi nude on that beach wherever she was and paparazzi happen to be there and snap a picture, it doesn't mean she went there with the intention "oh hey today I'll go to the beach and give them paparazzi a nice show".

So basically, if I were on a beach where it's allowed to be nude/semi nude and I'd take my top off while I know that there is paparazzi taking pictures of some celebrity there, and knowing I'm in the frame as well, that would mean I'm looking for attention too?
