@Sanni My buddy told me we only kill doe's if there are no fawn or young bucks around, he'll wait 5-10 minutes to make sure nothing following them.

 

If we see a doe with a fawn or a young buck we won't kill them. Bucks different story :idk:

This reminds me that one of Trump’s repulsive sons went on that horrible killing spree in Africa. Even killed an elephant and held up its cut-off tail for a picture! :sick:

Time to diet for the first time in 4 years- I need to lose 10 pounds!

 

Bread is gone (exchanged for rice), no more peanut butter, no more fried foods.  The extra meals are  the culprit.

What about a rotation of quinoa, lentils, and sweet potatoes in addition with brown rice? It's always nice to have alternatives to break up the monotony.

 

Are you talking about deep fried foods? I always pan fry my proteins in a little olive or coconut oil for flavor.

 

Do you get peanut butter that is made with hydrogenated oil?

Oh thanks.  I don't eat quino or lentis much.  Part of my proven tactic is to have an extremely bland diet- so psychologically I reduce my eating.  I typically aim for a 500 caloric deficit every day.

 

I don't know about the peanut butter.  I got into the bad habit of eating peanut butter sandwiches and an extra snack most days- (I was downing two of them a day) my guess is that this was at least half of the weight gain.

What to do when you know that there is an upcoming celebration that is really important, involves family and people would probably feel hurt and/or offended if you didn’t attend and you would likely feel bad but you might still rather not go? :sad:

If you don't want to go, then don't go. You can't live your life trying to make sure no one is hurt ever, sometimes it's good to think about yourself for a sec and how YOU feel.

You're welcome.

 

I try to have multiple alternatives for proteins, carbs, and vegetables. I try to eat half of an avocado per day too.

 

If you really like peanut butter try eating an apple with a teaspoon of peanut butter to stave off your cravings. @ILUVAdrianaLima is right about how bad the hydrogenated oils in peanut butter and other products are not good.
