Apparently it was done in revenge for Michael Brown and Eric Garner dying.  I don't even have words for this level of evil and stupidity.

Right now I'm thinkng at how happy I am that I have now lost 20kg/44 pounds. And I plan on losing another 20kg/44 pounds before I'm at my goal weight. Usually I don't brag about that but I'm so happy and can't wait to continue. It's all been to counting my calories and getting rid of the bad bad junk I was eating. I weighed 140kg/308 pounds and I was not happy with that. Had to change for health and also to feel better and it's working out so far. Picture of my progress

Proud of you Kev How long have you been doing it for? Must have taken a lot of motivation to do so because changing food is seriously one of the hardest things to do!
