Lung cancer, emphysema, heart disease, bad breath, discolored teeth, birth defects during pregnancy... when you're 16 and you make a living out of your being skinny you don't generally have those things in mind that an anorexy... i read something about a girl dying backstage right before a show of a heart failure because she hadn't eaten anything for the past couple of days cuz she wanted to be in shape for the show
