You can make it with anything.  I've had it with chicken/beef/pork. I just prefer the seafood.

Hey I'm not from a coastal area!  

I'm actually from where the (best) beef comes from.

 

Well we've seen the evidence behind this theory so it all does pan out in truth

Eating a locally fresh baked torta stuffed with avocado, tomato, mixed organic greens with a light spread of mayo
