I don't know how you could call it in English, but it's a chicken soup made with rice flour noodles that cook in the broth and thicken it, and then it's garnished with onions, cilantro, fried garlic, chili oil and fried "Chinese" doughnuts. The ribs definitely look amazing And that soup sounds delicious too!

May 11, 20169 yr There's a burger festival going on in town this week and a bunch of restaurants are making a special limited edition burger for charity. Tried my first one today- a bakery made this pie burger. Also had to get a piece of their pie of the day- strawberry champagne pie.
May 11, 20169 yr ^ The way that cheese is just oozing over the burger pattie! I'm curious, how was the pie?
