And Kev, I absolutely love Pho too! The crisp veggies, the noodles, and then that rich but light broth

 A quick share of today's dinner (and yes it's the same place from last time )

From top to bottom: I had the seafood paella, tuna poke, and one of Kabuki's signature rolls...all delicious!

Somebody I showed the pic to mentioned a snake too    But no, those are beef ribs. Here we call it "estomaguillo" and it comes from the side of the animal.
