today's dinner: rye bread, pan seared Shrimp, fried fish, and Korean pear:

Omelet with black forest ham, mixed organic greens and a thin slice of provolone cheese all inside :drool:

 

Oh, and a whole avocado :chicken:

OMG can I just say first of all I wouldn't have the stomach I do if it wasn't for food. Yuuuuum. I had roast chicken and vegetables for dinner.

Went out for my parents anniversary last weekend, that beef was to die for  :baronfaint: Even the well done was soft and tender!

^ Good gosh is that all for one person? If not can I have a slice? :D

No, we had that plus a little one for 3  :rofl:

(But I've had one of those on my own once or twice  :ninja: )

 

And those are actually little chorizos.
