I think this speech even if it is old still applies to our current circumstances. The not wanting to see things as they are and how our behavior today affects our tomorrow. 

 

A little sad that we haven't come further in the subject and our human interaction with nature. What you say and do today will be answered by tomorrow. 

 

I thought about it while reading the IPCC report. How little new information there is out there and what is, is bad with some good. Maybe the spark of electrical cars on the roads will change something even if it is just a little.

I wonder if Leo is trying to land a socialite or some upper crust type from ''society' and is just holding onto Camila in case that doesn't work out. I mean really, I think Camila is way too young for him, but he hasn't stopped dating young women in that age group since forever. If he's trying to get someone like, say, a lady who is in a serious profession, that is becoming less and less likely by the year. The really serious types are now all firmly entrenched and it is clear that if he wanted such a woman, it is becoming less likely. I get it that Amal Clooney has all this hype, but realistically I do not think that she is someone who is going to continue to go far if she continues jet setting all the time. Any serious professional would have real reservations about getting involved since he lives a very fast lane life and isn't living the kind of life that really would provide personal stability.

So you wouldn't consider anyone that has ever been near or connected to Leo before to be a socialite? 

 

 

The definition says something like:

If you mean a wealthy or posh person that would be something else. But why would Leo be after someone with money we might wonder? Doesn't he have enough? We can also discuss titles that would surpass Leo's ranking in the more finer rooms. Where he is just an actor. That would probably humble him a bit. People with fine pedigree never let others forget it. 

 

 

Someone with class doesn't necessarily come with money but has a taste that oozes something others admire. That has a good reputation without much work. That kind of person might think twice to ever get in the same picture with our handsome star. He doesn't come with a good reputation. A balancing act for sure.

Brad Pitt ran a PR campaign about supposedly 'being in deep' with that MIT professor Nuri and that was debunked. As everyone remembers, when George was officially engaged to Amal, his PR went into plain psycho, talking up Amal as if she had been a founding member of the US Supreme Court and UN and then there is the fact that his PR was shrieking about how Clooney was FINALLY Presidential material, so on and so forth. I think Leo is holding out for someone of major status, someone who can make him feel that he as 'arrived' in the way that Clooney acted like he had 'arrived' after marrying Amal.

That is a lot of work to get approval.

 

However, a change from how his PR presents him might be for the better. Amal Clooney arrival or not. It is funny that what they have done up to now makes it sound like Leo is the one in need to be photographed with someone with a good reputation. The label socialite if you so, please. 

 

 

Leo is a good person with a heart of gold but the way he has shown up in the world in the last years doesn't present him as such a man.

It was a bit of a dilemma because damn I hated it seeing Leo kinda replaced not from me but from press (at least when I was young it felt this way to me) but damn I crushed hard on all three

 

And now what? Both so called "new Leos" left Hollywood. In very different ways but whatever.

So much to "the new Leo" is all what I'm saying. It's not an easy legacy. Why people even want a "new" Leo when we already have a Leo? Let Timothee Chamalet just be what he is.

LOL there's always some new actor the industry names 'the new Leo'. I'm sure being Leo himself is difficult enough, plus we already got our Leo🥰. We don't need another. We've all have the various phases of loving him, being irritated, lol, the usual. I don't know about anyone else, but as far as actors go, Leo's my number one.

 

While Josh Hartnett and Heath Ledger (Rest In Peace) were handsome guys, and Josh still is for that matter, Timothee looks like an awkward looking teen that didn't grow out of that phase😄. I guess tastes are different though.
