March 15, 200718 yr i say they should indeed extend the ban to international level, or even ban him for a year!a player who has not even played in the match comes out and break someone's nose?!wtf was he thinking?and here is a quote from him: "Nothing like this has happened before because I am not a violent person."yeah right...

March 15, 200718 yr football was supposed to be the Gentlemen sport, what the hell are this kind of Chav (an english saying) doing on the pitch?and if you are not good enough to play for your team, dont come out and release your frustration on others!

I thought that was meant to be Snooker but trivialities aside, I have no idea what came over Navarro. He just lost it under the pressure and intensity of the event I guess I've never seen him act like that before. He rarely kicks out or chucks a tantrum when he plays

He just lost it under the pressure and intensity of the event I guess I've never seen him act like that before. He rarely kicks out or chucks a tantrum when he plays well, football is as well i think, that's what all the guys here say maybe you are right, sometimes your nerves just snap and you will just lose control of yourself. like this one time, i was playing in a rugby match, the match was drawing to a close, and this guy from the other team was going to score a try, my team were losing and i was so desperate to stop him scoring that somehow my "football half" took over, and i slide tackled him. I didn't even know what happened until i relised i was on the ground and my knee start swelling, cos he stepped on it. all i remember of that event was that the point when i was chasing him, and the next thing is that i am on the ground. but i did stop the try though well, not really similar experience from navarro's, but i guess that's probably what happened.

I've experienced something like that as well because I'm not too good at managing my emotions. It happens a lot, especially when I'm losing (I'm a bad loser). I get carried away and do things that I regret later It's all very spur of the moment stuff... although I don't really understand Navarro's situation though...I mean they did win afterall It seemed quite an overreaction even if the atmosphere was very intense :|

Maybe it just comes down to the competition aspect as well. I only started playing a few years ago so I'm not used to the stick people give. I'll just have to learn and adjust and try to control my emotions more when I'm on the pitch I guess Navarro was on the bench It's hard to imagine that someone abused him from the middle of the pitch and he heard it
March 16, 200718 yr Quarter-final draw UEFA Cup:AZ Alkmaar v Werder Bremen Bayer Leverkusen v Osasuna Sevilla v Tottenham Espanyol v Benfica Sevilla vs Spurs creamy!!! I go for Sevilla though. Bremen Osasuna Benfica
March 16, 200718 yr Ban as many Valencia players for as long as it means they can't play against us.and by us I mean Chelsea, boo now.
March 16, 200718 yr Yes, but in my defense, I've been a supporter since 1992, I've been through 13 years of barely winning a thing. It's nice for us old time fans to have seen the team through to a time when we are in this position.
March 16, 200718 yr A true Chelsea supporter is alright in my books just not those Chelski supporters than hop on the bandwagon but I'm a Valencia fan as well
March 16, 200718 yr Haha, well if it means anything to you, you were the last team I wanted to draw. The bandwagon supporters have ruined the bridge aswell, about 20 thousand real fans and then a bunch of guys in suits sat down drinking mineral water.Shameful.
