Well a swim suit and weapon will always get you on the island. But are there there are other ways to infiltrate the island of Dr. No? Yes.

If you don't have a weapon necessarily but have something strapped to your leg or arm that looks Double 0 Seveny you can get on the island.

If you are emerging from the water in a devastating 2 piece sans weapon, but look like you could kill a man without remorse, you can get on the island.
