They probably already do or that we're both married to Lu

oh trust me, if that was the case, we'd rarely be on here ;)

and i don;t think i could ever be THAT lucky to have one of you, let alone both of you great ladies

There are still organizations, transactions, and cultures in the developed world (particularly in East Asia- ie. Japan) where certain human factors are viewed in a different way than they are in certain regions in the United States. Nevertheless, guys- I'm sure that Aranka's comment was innocent.

I didnt say you got personal, but to assume or pass gobal reference on something is close minded, Id say at least on the LOW end 70% of women would get a boob job, if it was offered them, and to say that one gets one Job based on that is also a bad assumption. Yes there are jobs that REQUIRE one to have a certian boob size, and im SURE their are some out their that have gotten their jobs that way, but i would say the majority get it off HARD WORK, and even MORE so in this gobal Job market. Further more to say someone is Vain because they want one is silly TO, because im sure there is SOMETHING on ONES body, ONE MIGHT be unhappy with, and would hypathically change if one could. If it helps ones Self Esteem, I dont see the harm.

The only thing I took offense at, was your laughing at another memebers reaction to said comments, but then again, being considerate of others is a lost virture.:wave:

Just have a few things to say to this:

1) It indeed is VERY close minded to pass on global reference. Like for instance putting your own wants and desires as norm for all the women out there by stating that if woman could get a boob job 70% would take it. To summarize that...close minded does come to mind.

2) Nowhere did I say you needed breasts to get a job. If you would read carefully before commenting on something you're not even really aware of on what you're commenting you can avoid foolish errors like this. I was actually just refuting the point of someone else who stated that big breasts would get you jobs easier.

3) With regards to the self-esteem issue I'll have to disagree with you. Yes, people can be upset about certain aspects of their body. But the problem itself is not one of the flesh, but more of the mind. It isn't really a problem that one part of themselves is maybe esthetically unpleasing, but more so the PERCEPTION of it being unpleasing. People might get plastic surgery to "improve" their esthetic image, but since there is still this perception of not being on par with a sort of ideal, the low self-esteem even AFTER surgery will remain. It would be more advisable to tackle the self-image question and so digging to the root of the problem.

Finally...consideration is given where it is approriate and just to hand it out. She was just asking for it by her really biased reaction.

Don't tell me, psych major right?

And again, Cop's reaction was based on your generalized statement that she took offense too, which you in turn found to be humorous. If you want people to take your opinion seriously and not get upset/hostile than present it as your opinion instead of like it is fact

And of course getting plastic surgery and how it relates to your self esteem is all tied into ones mind, but that doesn't mean it will always be there. If people choose to get surgery to enhance (or in some cases, to reduce their "assets") they are not always going to have that issue. What LMS was trying to say that in her opinion most people have something about themselves that they don't like or would change if given the option. Getting a boob job, in some cases, could have the same impact and self worth boost as someone who overcomes a stutter or lisp or the need to use $10 words to sound smarter.

Well depends on which kind of jobs we are talking about. In low income jobs it might be an advantage, but higher educational jobs (university level) it is actually seen as a major disadvantage to have bigger breasts as the ones with smallers ones people tend to see as more professional.

And about getting all the hot boys ?? Not sure about that one either...A survey amongst men has shown out that on average they would prefer a C to a D and not DD or more.

On topic...No I would never get a boob job. First off I am happy with the breasts I have and secondly...I would never lower myself to do something which is so vain and superficial.

:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh: and its not a problem with ones mind, trying having a child, and tell me if you still love your tits after. But from the above statement, It shows there is alot of growing up that needs doing, when one is faced with the harsh world of reality, opinions or general statements can change dramatically.

No because then i'd have to get a Bro (from Seinfeld) And i don't really wanna do that :p

:blink:There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we now know we don

Well you can't really blame us for an inapproriate question to the male gender. After all...this seems to be the "girls talk" area

It's common knowledge that bigger breasts tend to make some things easier, like socializing and getting a job...

I don't think so, maybe you can get all the hot boys if you have bigger breasts but not jobs!

Wow. Just wow.

Vain and Superficial?

Where's moiselles when you need her...... Go look up her posts and stories on her about her breast enhancement.

It's not a vain and superficial thing depending on what you're getting it done for. Again, someone like the wonderful moiselles always wanted them and she got them NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE not for a better job, not for guys or anything but for her own self, and she loves them!

Don't be so quick to jump on everything without knowing all the sides to a story.
