They found a way to "lift" them without putting anything in them. Maybe if they take some out in the right spots it willl make them perk up My problem is that after I had my daughter mine got larger and I was told that when I stopped breast feeding they were supposed to go back down. But they never did and now I'm having another one and they will probably grow even MORE! and losing weight never helps because, even though I'm thinking they should get smaller, they don't!
