OriginalSin Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 woooo pitchers and catchers reported today Quote
chiva474128 Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 I'm so excited to get the season started. I'm expecting a big year for my Mets. Oh yeah, could everyone stop talking about Barry Bonds and steroids. <_< Quote
OriginalSin Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 nah, i totally approve of everyone shitting on barry bonds whenever possible j/k...well not really but i do think this steroids discussion is getting a little old and boring. ooo but i love your avi and sig. just dont tell any yankees fans i said that cant wait til tonight Quote
Triple8 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Two things:1. Derek Jeter rocks OriginalSin, he's my favorite player, along with Mark Teixiera2. The Mets WILL NOT win the World Series, cause Beltran is gonna choke again, but David Wright is awesome Quote
Jimmy Changa Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 I'm STILL going to pull for my 'stros. They did good today. ...well ok, good enough. :| Quote
chiva474128 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 I'm STILL going to pull for my 'stros. They did good today. ...well ok, good enough. :| Yeah they barely scratched out a run against the Baby Marlins. Nicole: As soon as Arod hit that grand slam I changed the channel. That lineup is devastatingly good. Triple8: Beltran had a bad year last season. Many new players have a bad first season when they play for a New York team. I'm hoping he bounces back and becomes the player that he once was. And yes, David Wright is awesome. Future MVP. Quote
OriginalSin Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 yankees are in fifth place in the division Quote

MattLoveModels Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 Jimmy Rollins' 38 game hitting streak ended today. It was the only thing the Phils had going. Quote

What do you mean "Baby Marlins?" i havent been paying a whole lot of attn to the Marlins this season (they're supposed to be my 3rd favorite team but uhhhh :|) but my guess is that when they dumped so many players this offseason, they are probably left now with a lot of rookies? *just took a look at the roster* there do seem to be a lot of players born in the 80s, so yeah i'm guessing damian is referring to the team's overall age Quote
chiva474128 Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 You got it, Nicole. They have a team full of young inexperienced rookies. Remember, many people gave Atlanta the name "Baby Braves" last season for the same reason. Quote
OriginalSin Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 yankees finally won a game ... whoop-dee-fucking-doo <_< Quote
chiva474128 Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 Oh stop it. I know that you're happy that they won BIG today. Quote
OriginalSin Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 no actually BUT BUT! i am happy that we won our home opener!!! that jeter HR was friggen awesome! Quote
chiva474128 Posted April 11, 2006 Posted April 11, 2006 It really is amazing to see Jeter come through in the clutch when needed. That's why he is one of my favorite players -- even though I'm a die-hard Mets fan. Quote
