They can be made by whomever, however they are utterly boring, and some completely frightening. These type of commercials for the most part do not appeal to people in north america they are made for europeans, whome they do appeal to. *shrugs* just my opinion. She's great in motion. I think I saw this Kate commercial before and liked it. But now, I watched it again, and I either saw another (longer?) version of it, or just compared to Reserved....
