  1. This is a link to a segment of the video:
  2. Thanks AL! It seems there are only a few of us keeping her thread alive and, unfortunately, there isn't much new material. Still nice to see something!
  3. I really like Kate. Her smile lights up a room and her personality really draws you in. She was fun and vivacious in those Sobe videos, and I think she represents her sponsors well. She's young and has lots to learn and she will learn and hone her craft. I feel for the runway she was definitely out of shape. Where the other models glide down the runway, she is stomping along with her chest bouncing everywhere! If she's there to display the clothes, I'm afraid all I saw were her assets. When she turned, her hips over rotated as she walked making her look especially knockkneed, and you can see flesh folds drawing down her back. Ok, please don't flame me as I'm trying to objectively look at this. Let's put this in perspective. Almost 2 years ago Karolina Kurkova showed up in almost the same shape at a show in Turkey. Same hip action, same flesh folds, and she was roundly criticized also. She has had her child and came back in amazing shape, and I don't hear any more criticism. I think Kate and her trainers will look at this video objectively, figure out what needs improving and get to work on it. She is too professional and has too bright of a future not to. Oh, and that group photo with Kate on the end was shot with a wide angle lens which is unflattering. She is standing at the edge in a crescent formation which is the most distorted part of the lens---especially when you are not in ideal shape. Peace!
  4. I guess her most recent social behavior has a way of putting things into perspective, namely, that much of what we see here on these boards are carefully crafted illusions of what we WANT to see. We might presume from what we see that Isabeli is a certain type of person, and carries herself in a certain manner. What I think I'm reading here is a good bit of disappointment that, in reality, she is different than what we WANT her to be. So let's face it, this is who she is. It doesn't make her work any less beautiful. Let's get on with appreciating the body of her work and how she goes about her craft. Let's also NOT be under any illusions. Peace out.
  5. Bottom line: smoking(any amount, over time) leads to poor skin, period. Poor skin requires more types AND/OR more amount of makeup to cover up. Now, that being said, I get that makeup is used to create certain effects. But for a natural look, in my opinion, less makeup looks better. Concealers are used to mask problems. Smoking creates problems for the skin, not just for Nat, but anyone.
  6. I think as a general rule, that if you're going to wear a dress that most certainly will show some sideboob, make sure you've got enough boob to fill the dress,(a' la Lara Stone)OR pick a dress that doesn't hang on you like a tent. Otherwise, it's not a peek, but an eyeful which is more glaring and less classy. Also, lately, I'm not sure about her sense of style, as she has done this before. Perhaps she enjoys creating a stir or watching the reaction this creates, but I'm frankly disappointed that she feels the need to behave this way. With regard to the above laundry list of makeups, I'm certain much of the need for these would be eliminated if she quit smoking.
  7. Address listed in post #872 removed.
  8. I understand about the address, but it is a matter of public record and it is posted by her real estate agency. It is nice to see a little of her personal side, though. Thanks for your videos, UK!

  10. Hello, moderators? Can something be done with these last posts?
  11. She's very beautiful. In the video she has some expressions, and facial features that remind me of a young Karen Mulder. I think we will be seeing a lot of her in the future.
  12. Yamila Diaz Rahi is probably the most popular Argentinian babe in the US

    News

The good news about Petra's engagement is being reported on msn.com, along with photos. I wish her much joy and happiness! Lisa U, since you are a close friend of Petras, could you keep us updated from time to time, at your convenience?
  14. I think this one is a recent pic. Enjoy!
  15. Those two Glamour magazine covers look like slightly recropped mirror images of each other. 2002 was definitely a great year for Yamila! Is she still a full time model? It seem very difficult to find anything she's done this year. Anyway, thanks to all who keep her thread alive.
  16. Just trying to keep the thread going for lovely Yamila and her fans!
  17. I hope everything is going better for her as well. It might be a good idea, however, to stay away from any premieres that are, "Fatal."
  18. It goes without saying, Francy, that you put a lot of effort into your posts, and I appreciate it very much. Thank you!
  19. Thanks Francy, for all your up to date Isa postings. You consistently post the most beautiful pics!
  20. Thank you, Fairie, for your posts, and any others you might post. Are these fairly recent? Yamila is looking good as always!
  21. Ahh, those were the good ole' days when she was inundated with work, and we were the spoiled beneficiaries! Thanks Nef, for the Pirelli pics.
  22. Thanks Francy for the video! I believe that was Sports Illustrated 2003. Beautiful girl!
