She has a birthmark on the bridge of her nose that is sometimes airbrushed out, and maybe a mole on her chest, but otherwise she is no more airbrushed than any other model. All models have at least a few of these marks, which I think adds to their character, but sometimes they are airbrushed.

Lisa, Petra is lucky to have a friend like you to be concerned with her happiness. I would break it down to personal and professional happiness. Decisions made in one area can affect the other, and I'm sure she'll decide what it is worth to her. But, I'm sure you would agree, there are certain behaviors on her part that do not help her future success or the success of organizations she has created and others she is associated with. I'm sure she and her advisors will be considering this. In the mean time, we'll all hope for her happiness!

Well, Lisa, there is a big difference in my book between "dating," and "making out," with someone. What we know is that Petra "made out" with Sean Penn in public. Despite what she says about them not "dating," I think time, and her actions will tell. As far as," who he is may do damage to what people think of her," I think that is also possible. She IS a public persona. She makes her living by putting her face out into the public domain. I don't think it is being judgemental to suggest that you are who you associate with and this goes for all walks of life. Did you know that Sean Penn met with Venezuela's dictator Hugo Chavez, and this visit was used for propaganda purposes to ridicule the US govt? Do you think that Petra's association with him might be viewed as implied consent for what he stands for? Now, admittedly, this is for most people something of a stretch, but not for companies who might want to hire her services. In some circles, Sean Penn is, "radioactive" and Petra will not be helped by this. But, enough about Sean Penn. The, "damage to what people think of her," will MOSTLY come from her own behavior, just as how much we love her has come from her triumph over adversity and her spirit of charity. Lisa, there is a price to pay for everything, and here, the currency is public perception. Since you seem to have contact with her, you would be a good friend in advising her of this.

Well, we all, I think, want to see Petra "happy." It's just a question of whether or not it comes at someone else's expense ( Robin Wright Penn's in this case) Petra should be smart enough to know how this looks in public, to her fans, and to companies she represents now and may represent in the future. Remember, perception is reality. It may be true that Sean is on the board of her charity, as she explained, which makes it ok to be associated with him. But, all the rags reported that they were much more than that together, which seems unprofessional at best. What Petra needs to understand is that she will be viewed in the light of the company she keeps and her behavior will always demonstrate the truth when it conflicts with her words. I am a fan of hers, in part because of what her behavior speaks about her as a person, but this episode has disappointed me.

SI won't be the same without Yamila in it. The same goes for Veronika Varekova and Daniela Pestova as well. It seems this means a changing of the guard. That said, of the models in SI this year, Marisa was very deserving of the cover. But watch out for Irina!!!

Other than Heidi's chest (albeit one of her biggest assets!) you can't see much of her face or body compared to Daniela. Danielas's chest even looks sexier than Heidi's in that shot. Daniela x3.

Marisa Miller has the best, most complete body of all. She has something for everyone, great abs, great boobs, great butt, and a truly athletic(have you seen her boxing video?)yet feminine form. Other models with beautiful, "complete" bods: Daniela Pestova, Yamila Diaz-Rahi, Irina Sheik, Catrinel Menghia, Elle McPherson, Kathy Ireland, Laeticia Casta, Heidi Klum. I think most of the VS models are hot, but are too young, and too thin to have a feminine curvy body, Marisa excepted. Doutzen is fab, but she doesn't have the chest of any of the above mentioned girls. I realize my list sounds like a whos who of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. I think the women chosen by SI look healthy, not frail.
