  1. Finally seen the movie! Gosh, I loved it and now I'm going to miss seeing more movies set in this world! The battle was amazing though, so well done and definitely bigger than all the ones we saw in LOTR. Now I have to wait for this to come out on DVD then I can marathon The Hobbit trilogy and move onto the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
  2. Saw someone tweeting a link to screenrant.com about this article. So it's safe to say it's probably true considering they have a reliable source, hopefully it's very reliable. If it is indeed true then it will be good for me as I'll be seeing The Avengers in late April.
  3. Apparently the second trailer will arrive with Avengers: Age of Ultron, and will feature Han, Leia and Luke. I hope this is true.
  4. Loving all the VS. Hope to see more of Josephine and Elsa in the future.
  5. I saw The Expendables 3 today, have to say that I did enjoy it though. Great nostalgia for me as a long-time action fan. Loved seeing The Terminator, Punisher, Mad Max, Rocky, Blade and Han Solo kick some ass. Not going to win any Oscars but it's harmless fun.
  6. My favorite has always been "Mad Max 2". There is something bad-ass about the sparseness of dialog from the hero in that one. I believe he only speaks for the first time after ten minutes and he will only utter sixteen lines total in the entire run-time of the film. Yet Max occupies ever fiber of that film. That movie is utterly amazing, up there as one of my all time faves. I also love how he walks with a slight limp in this movie as a nod to his leg injury at the end of the first movie.
  7. Marvel need to be smart and hire her for Mrs Marvel. She would be perfect. Has the look, around the same age as all the Marvel actors, can do her own stunts!
  8. 2015 is already looking great for Josephine!
  9. I hope she keeps this up for the whole year, I miss seeing Miranda all the time. She's still looking as gorgeous as ever.
  10. Another picture of Josephine with Lily and Behati; don't think this version has been uploaded yet. VS. Source: Listal.
  11. I didn't know that! So there go my hopes of anything related to The Silmarillion then... That may have something to do with it. You had the same delay with The Lord of the Rings? Tolkien's son hates the movies Peter Jackson did. Always voiced his negative opinion about them while his own son loved them. As people said when Tolkien's son passes on they hope all the family estate goes to his son that loves the movies as he will most likely be willing to give them to a film studio. I think so but I don't really remember as I was only around 8 or 9 when all the Lord of the Rings movies were released.
  12. Don't understand why people complain about certain things being changed like actually showing where Gandalf goes when he leaves the group, the book never shows where he goes but the movies do; if they didn't then people would question and be confused as to where he goes before he suddenly returns to the group for the battle. Jackson did include details from the appendices at the end of the Return of the King novel as some of those notes took place during the events of The Hobbit timeline. But I will have to wait a couple more weeks until I can go see the movie and judge them as a whole. Oh, that wait sucks!! I'm not happy with that one either. And I don't get those complains either. It's okay, that doesn't appear in the actual book, but it did happened and it appears on many other Tolkien's works, like in the Unfinished Tales, and the Appendixes. From my point of view, those additions were more than welcomed. It sucks you have to wait that much, but the movie is worth it (We had the same wait here last year, so I completely understand you) I welcome those additions too! I welcome anything that adds more into these movies because I'm going to miss seeing movies based on Tolkien's work. Such a shame the family is withholding all the rights to his other works otherwise Peter might have done The Silmarillion. Waiting does suck but you are right, it's totally worth it. We've had all three Hobbit movies come out on the 26th. I guess because it's right in the middle of the school holidays in Australia, so it has about 5 or 6 weeks running with the holidays.
  13. So lucky! Doesn't come out until the 26th here. I have read some of the changes that have been made and I can tell you now I am not happy with one.. Don't understand why people complain about certain things being changed like actually showing where Gandalf goes when he leaves the group, the book never shows where he goes but the movies do; if they didn't then people would question and be confused as to where he goes before he suddenly returns to the group for the battle. But I will have to wait a couple more weeks until I can go see the movie and judge them as a whole.
  14. Just letting you all know the siege has ended. Five hostages had escaped earlier in the afternoon but around 2:03am, one man ran free before several others ran free soon after. Police stormed in, gun fire. People injured, two confirmed dead; they believe the man taking people hostage is one of the dead. Quite scary especially watching the gun fire live on TV, this doesn't happen in Australia. Thanks for thinking of us.
  15. Have to agree with you there. They can show as many trailers full of explosions as they want but it isn't a Mad Max movie. People will probably love this movie and they can if they want to. I just feel like this series should have just been left alone. Mad Max is over, it ended. I don't need another one, especially one full of model 'actresses'.
  16. Well according to the 2014 Tumblr Year in Review, Miranda was the 4th most reblogged model.
  17. 1. Josephine Skriver. 2. Emma Watson. 3. Doutzen Kroes. 4. Miranda Kerr. 5. Elsa Hosk. 6. Katheryn Winnick. 7. Monica Bellucci. 8. Jessica Alba. 9. Lupita Nyong'o. 10. Natalie Portman. 11. Gal Gadot. 12. Margot Robbie. 13. Alessandra Ambrosio. 14. Shanina Shaik. 15. Rachel Weisz. 16. Kelly Gale. 17. Candice Swanepoel. 18. Sophie Turner. 19. Emily Blunt. 20. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Votes counted. (~ M*)
  18. I'd probably err on the side of giving Elba the benefit of the doubt on that part, although there's no question that he chose his words rather poorly. It seemed like his intention was more to emphasise how much he was affected by playing Nelson Mandela (and how he couldn't shake it off afterwards) than to complain about being in 'Thor'. Still, for what it's worth, being suspended from a harness and acting out a scene where you single-handedly take down a spaceship sounds like bloody excellent fun to me. Elba has finally spoken about this, and how people believed he wanted out of his Marvel contract because of what he said. "I don’t know where people got that, man," responded Idris Elba. "I was quite specifically talking about the comparison between playing Heimdall on one day, and playing Mandela on the next. That’s sloppy journalism, or just really bad misquoting. I have a great relationship with the Marvel team, and the character of Heimdall. People are really running with this thing like, 'Oh my God, he doesn’t want to be with Marvel anymore.' People thinking that comparing those roles means I don’t want to be with Marvel, well, that’s crazy."

    Terminator Genisys

This scene in the trailer made me laugh so much.. It's just the way she screams "come with me if you want to live" at him. Reminds me of the way Hayden Christensen screamed most of his lines in the Star Wars prequels; which is what she seems to do as I've seen a lot of people say she's the Anakin of Game of Thrones as she's always yelling with the same 'acting' range. I think I would be more interested in this if James Cameron was involved as Terminator is his thing. I do know Alan Taylor sat down and spoke with him for an hour or two about the movie but my faith in him isn't too high as Thor 2 wasn't as good as it could have been.
  20. Because once Maggie and Glenn became an item they were no longer individuals. It isn't Maggie or Glenn it's Maggie/Glenn. The writing in this season was annoying at times like how Maggie and Glenn were so shocked at what Rick, Michonne, Sasha, etc did to The Hunters. Like seriously? She witnessed The Governor kill her father. She knew what they had done to Bob, but killing these people that would gladly kill them was so shocking? Then Glenn saying they have to stick together... leaves the group in the next episode.

    Terminator Genisys

From what I've heard there is possibly going to be a lot of time jumping. Future, past, future.. Someone had released all the details a while ago and it gave me a headache trying to figure out what the heck was going on. I would love to see what happens if a studio announced it was going to reboot Harry Potter.

    Terminator Genisys

I agree about Emilia. For once Jai Courtney may not be the weakest link in a movie. But I still don't agree with this movie at all and this trailer shows it's just trying to re-do Terminator 1 and 2 again. Only this time Sarah Connor was raised by Arnold's Terminator whom she calls "Pa". T1 and T2 are amazing, T2 was my favourite childhood movie. I'll have to wait and see another trailer.
  23. Leading up to the show that's what I was worried about. Fingers crossed for next year we get plenty of booty and cleavage!
  24. All eyes are going to be on Jared Leto. He has really big shoes to fill, poor guy. Wonder when Willow and Jaden will nudge their way into a DC universe movie or TV series? Seeing as their father is in Suicide Squad and their mother is in Gotham.
