I think it may be even be simpler than that, besides the pay negotiation, is in the syndications. It takes 5 to 6 seasons to reap costs, if I’m remembering correctly. Just my thoughts.

I feel like Elsa being “transparent” about her addiction will help any one who follows her to go their own path to get healthy and sober. @bump I’ve said it before on another thread, I applaud you for getting sober yourself! Starting down the path of sobriety is never easy. Keeping sober is just as hard! I know you earned my respect at that time, and I still feel that way. My hat’s off to you!
