The Purge movies and series, are about the United States has one night a year, from sundown to sunrise, murder is legal. To me, the recent upset is not just about race vs race, it’s also religion vs religion. It’s been that way for a long time, though recently it’s been escalated. So, who’s to blame in the recent uprisings? Everyone. That is as it’s always been, only recently added social media and the instant actions/reactions into that mix. I’ll have to check out the video later.

I’m old enough to remember when this country was a “true” two party voting system; Republican and Democrat. Then came the Individual and Libertarian, and the terms started popping up with the liberal/progressive and staunch/hardcore sides. They were all placed in a blender and almost overnight there was such division between each party. One other thing that I dislike about our country’s voting system is the Electoral College.
