  1. Bodybuilding was banned on ESPN in 1998. It's interesting how since then ... bodybuilding, which is a very poorly paid and life-shortening sport has found new life on social media with top youtube influencers raking in millions of $. A couple influencers have had serious health issues and some have died in recent years. It's ironic that they brand themselves as promoting healthy lifestyle & fitness but in reality bodybuilding is the extreme opposite of health. It's basically body dismorphia. Over-exercise, damaging the body, damaging your internal organs and consuming 1,000 +% of the cholesterol a normal human should be eating isn't health.
  2. ALZUR'S LEGACY - THE WITCHER FAN FILM - YouTube The producer of Netflix's Witcher can blame Americans and young people for its failings all day, but the fact is a no-budget YouTube fan film does it better | PC Gamer
  3. A lot of so-called 'experts' are completely wrong and intellectually corrupt (in many fields- from military, public service, history to science- both soft and hard). Many times they write biased and exaggerated papers and public talks merely to promote their institutional agendas. By doing so the institutions they represent or their careers get a nice boost in publicity. In the end, motivated by simple human greed and self-aggrandizement. Certainly with COVID-19 there was some over-stating of the issue but it doesn't mean that they were 100% wrong.
  4. I never claimed this.....
  5. I would describe exercise as so important as to be vital. I suspect that tons of people with depression would no longer have this problem simply if they exercised outside everyday and had a normal weight/diet. The complete lack of regular exercise is an immediate ticket to significantly lower well being.
  6. new hardcover for book 7
  7. Part of me wants to buy this figure but the other part of me knows that it doesn't make any sense from a lore standpoint and I already have the exact same figure but in (more appropriate) black armor. It does look kind of cool but it doesn't match any of the other statues in the collection. I think in terms of lore it is the exact opposite thing that a witcher would wear, and something that Geralt would have contempt for. @Enrico_sw @SympathysSilhouette what do you think? This armor is picked up in the Land of a thousand fables (Toussant relic armor)
  8. Elizabeth Hurley's son is one of the weirdest looking people I've ever seen:
  9. Erin (fitness girl) has the archetypical blonde & cute princess face that I'm been attracted to since I was small. megan williams has it too.
  10. All these spam accounts lol. The main mistake everybody makes is that they don't do enough exercise everyday. Human beings are not designed to be sitting at a desk all day. I think a minimum amount of exercise is 1 hour of outdoors walking per day. The human body is designed to walk long distances and walking does not engage the stress hormones like running does. If you don't have time do half an hour of weightlifting or running instead.
