I think that Victoria’s Secret had the mindset of venture capitalists when they signed 10 new Angels. 10 investments mean that 1-2 are going to turn profit extremely well i.e. become stars, 2-4 are going to do okay and the rest can even go “bankrupt” i.e. VS won’t renew their contracts because the models didn’t catch on with the public.

What’s the deal with Kate? Did the Angel contract come at a bad time for her for personal reasons? If so, that is bad luck because not being available for shooting would undoubtedly jeopardize her future with the company when the contract should have been the opportunity of a lifetime for her.

Could there be a post introducing all the new features on the site and how to use them? When I’m not logged in, I can’t see other members’ signatures. I can’t see how many guests are viewing a model’s page, I can see only which members are viewing the page. Is the largest signature size allowed bigger now than it was before the update?

That video might still come back to haunt her… Even without the whole mocking someone because of their nationality thing, it really doesn’t sit well with the general public to see a model making fun of other people. Thank you! It’s good to know who people are referring to when they say that some of the Angels are racist because that’s a serious accusation.

It could be just some Barbara fans downvoting Stella because surprisingly Stella was the one out of the two that became a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

Have all of the locations been beaches so far? Usually there is at least one “different” location i.e. a city, a desert, a farm etc.

I hope she’ll take this opportunity and run with it. Kate Upton is proof that you can do great things with SI and end up having a bigger career than many models who are sanctioned by Victoria’s Secret.

I think it’s better when the lip-synching happens on stage etc. at the VSFS. It makes the video look more official and professional music video-esque. The one they released now could have been shot at any time. They should have picked a more fast-paced song for a video that was going to have random scenes in it. Or the video should have told a little story or featured vignettes like what was done here:

Like I said before, I think it could have resulted in the models coming up with great moves to the song. I mean, he is singing about how he can’t feel his face, the models have beautiful faces… The possibilities are endless. Candice looks striking in that little vid!
