This is very pageant-y! Meet The Beautiful Women In SI Swimsuit's 2016 Model Search Contest Based on the video, I would say that the first 3 girls were the best. Kyra Santorio looks super awkward, she does not look like a model… From what I remember, Megan Williams has a really fit swimsuit model body so maybe she didn’t shine to the best of her ability there.

Why didn’t she speak up during the shoot?? Did she not realize how bad it was? She trusted that SI’s hair and makeup people knew what they were doing? Maybe she got more tanned than she thought and her hair got more bleached than she thought. She was in Africa after all. But if she looked like that when she got there…! The problem wasn’t just the texture of the hair but the contrast between her hair, lips and skin tone.

Thank you. Like I said before, I felt sorry for her when I saw her GQ video. The gap between her breasts is unsurprisingly still an issue in her SI pictures. You’d think that a SI cover model and the girlfriend of a rich and famous professional athlete would get the best plastic surgery in the world but it just goes to show you that often surgery can’t create something better than what nature made.

Barbara looks incredibly beautiful in her SI videos but I do have a complaint… I wish we could’ve seen more of her modelling swimwear. The videos look more like beauty shoots. Yes, her face and her eyes are her money-maker but we get to see that soft and sultry side of her beauty in nearly every shoot. I was hoping that SI would showcase her as a bonda fide swimwear model i.e. more body, more super sexy poses.

It’s just a feeling I got from watching the video. If she really disagreed, I think she would have said something more than, “Aww, guys, c’mon” type of very, very soft “protests.” It came across as Nina trying to act like she agrees with SI’s vision because she is their employee. The guys were making pretty mean jokes so if you disagreed with them, you would have a reaction i.e. want to stick up to the women that are made fun of.

I think Nina agreed with the guys for the most part but had to act like she didn’t…

I like that the pictures seem less photoshopped than before e.g. the texture of models’ skin. The pictures are a lot sexier that way! Some of the past ones were ruined by bad photoshop to the point that it was hard to look at them.

I think that this could have been Nina’s year had she not been on the trio cover… Maybe SI wanted to give the cover specifically to Hannah in 2015 and before the trio cover there was of course Kate Upton but I don’t think that Hailey was such a standout as a rookie that she was bound to get the cover the following year. I also think that Alyssa Miller could’ve been a SI cover model but maybe Alyssa made the decision not to shoot for SI again.

Ashley is good at being interviewed and she has something to say, which is more interesting to the media than another swimsuit model going, “Yay, I got the cover!”

Okay maybe later once the issue is out?

@Prettyphile Hmm… Edit: Not worth risking it. Aren’t they supposed to have the best (swimsuit) models and photographers? Bad weather and TMZ ruining surprises in understandable though. Can you tell how many re-shoots they did? Were they re-shooting because they didn’t get the cover picture?
