Definitely any kind of standing out (like being really tall or skinny or flat-chested or whatever) can make one a target for bullies. And then if and when word got out that she was a model, others might have tried to bring her down like “You think you’re so good-looking but you’re not” etc. Yet Rachel saying that she was bullied her whole life indicates that the bullying started earlier e.g. in elementary school. I wonder if her schoolmates saw that she had something unique about her and having to admit to themselves that Rachel was maybe the prettiest despite possibly having some features that they might have tried to make fun of her for made them jealous?

@nightlocks Thank you! I wonder why she was bullied. Jealousy or something else? I noticed that she made some spelling errors when she filled out a casting call sheet for SI. I found it actually kind of adorable but maybe she has some trouble when it comes to writing so she was bullied for that. And being a model in her teens could have made her a target as well.

Interesting! I’ve always been somewhat fascinated by prisons, true crime stories, the psychology of killers etc. What is his account of working with inmates on Death Row, if you can share? Is there something different about them that one can sense (aside from them being behind bars) or can they seem totally normal?

I just watched the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion show as a New Year’s Eve treat and this PINK thing reminds me that there was barely any spotlight on Rachel and Zuri. You could not tell that they play a special role for the brand based on the TV show. At least not according to the version that I saw. Was there supposed to be a segment where Grace is announced as the new PINK spokesmodel?

Why doesn’t anyone post PINK stuff here? I barely know Rachel and Zuri yet PINK is the best-selling line for Victoria’s Secret. Apparently, there are all kinds of PINK events etc. but no one ever talks about them here.

Funny to see that Ashley Graham’s video - Day 26 - has over 206k views whereas Elsa Hosk’s video - Day 27 - has only a little over 47k views. I see that VS allure has dwindled a bit.
