May I casually post this song here?

While listening to Iron Maiden's The X-Factor: what the hell was going through Steve Harris' mind when he decided Blaze Bailey would be the best fit to fill in for Bruce Dickinson??? That said, it's at least (so far) a MUCH better album than that disaster called No Prayer for The Dying.

I guess this song will keep on being relevant on this thread

Oh, btw... while I was working the dough, my hands filled with the thing, there was an EARTHQUAKE... not cool.

Thank you! The part of working the dough was a bit difficult but nothing terrible anyway. Other than it was all quite simple.

No, I haven't yet. I may try different variants and adding different things in the future but first I want to get a better grasp of the basics. Yes! I had quite some fun making it and I was so happy with the final result

I used a regular gas oven for it. And yes! I used baker's yeast: active dry. It was reeeeally good for being my first try but of course there's still much to improve. The crust was crusty but maybe a bit too much, though the crumb was tender. I'll try baking it at a somewhat lower temperature next time. I followed Richard Bertinet's recipe
