Thank you! To make it short: hit by a car while on bicycle. Being extremely lucky nothing serious happened to me (and NOTHING to the bike) but I still got my hand injured (right thumb sprain). Turns out the sprain was much bigger than we first thought of but it's now finally recovering fine.

Back from the doctor for a control on my hand and it has actually recovered much better than I thought It's now safe to say that it definitely won't need any surgery

Same! But same about this too. I won't be getting my hopes up.

Nah, it didn't. It has to be a real big earthquake to cause actual destruction here. This was "only" magnitude 6 and very short. Also quite deep. But it was quite the movement anyway.
